hey guys im not the type to do public announcements or make blogs/posts like this i thought about just waiting it out but seeing as its not going anywhere in private i feel like i should go public with this

im making this post to clear the air on everything cause whats been going on in private that yall got no clue about has been getting way out of hand and its not even about the songs anymore this is about an abuse of power from a bigger artist whos trying to silence me and weaponize copyright law which is literally a federal crime like its actually illegal to destroy someones work just cause you got personal feelings about them

so lets take it back to february

i dropped that album the "dayz before howie" it was just a meme album i didnt even like it much to be real but i made it as a joke and i had this bright idea like what if i list yuno miles as a primary artist so it says its an album by me and him

now let me be super clear i have never sampled him never remixed him never used any part of his songs in anything ive ever made in my life im 17 and ive never done that with anyones music

people been saying i stole his album or hacked him or whatever thats not true at all im not a hacker by any stretch i just thought since we both make meme rap it would be funny and maybe beneficial like maybe some of his fans would check out my music and vice versa 

at the time i honestly thought itd be fine

and for the record my dms were open my spotify bio had my instagram which is still active and had an email in it i even messaged him directly from my main account and told him like "yo i made this for fun no hard feelings im down to give you a cut if you want" (https://files.catbox.moe/uwrw2z.png) i just thought it was cool and fun i even said i wasnt sure if he was really mad or not cause he plays a character and all that

i never got a response no dm back no cease and desist no nothing just silence

so i assumed everything was cool and in march i dropped my second album called "Howie." no response or any pushback and then later another month goes by i dropped a third album "howies country"

and thats when everything crashed

this time i got a takedown notice from a supposed lawyer (https://files.catbox.moe/yvzsut.png)

and when i say supposed i mean fake

this guy has no online presence at all nothing comes up when you google him and the website linked in the takedown is literally just a placeholder it says under construction check back soon

the domain is markphilslaw.com and if you go on it right now or check the wayback machine like i did its the same thing no law firm no info just a page with text saying under construction (https://web.archive.org/web/20250525001428/https://markphilslaw.com/)

i even looked up the whois info and the domain was registered in 2023 same year yuno miles blew up

theres no linkedin no court records no public legal profile no proof hes a real lawyer

so im like okay whatever ill send an appeal i got the files the screenshots the proof i made the album my friends can back me up i got vocal project files everything there is more proof indicating I wrote produced the album than what he has which is nothing 

i submit the appeal to my distributor and they deny it

they say my screenshots are not relevant essentially for me to fuck off (fuck create music group)

so let me ask you this the reader of this doc  if screenshots of the project arent relevant and neither are the facts that the claimant showed no evidence of making it or the fact that some of the songs that were previously distributed BY ME are still out then what is evidence lol

the person filing the takedown doesnt need to prove anything no real name no real lawyer no proof they own the music but me the person who made the album from scratch with all the proof in the world somehow im in the wrong 

its honestly crazy since this sets a  precedent that if someone big enough doesnt like you they can just take your stuff down no matter what and you cant do anything about it 

     

this whole thing started as a joke and now its turned into something real cause i feel like someones trying to bury me and stop me from getting heard all over a meme 

ive worked hard on what ive put out and now someone whos already made it is trying to shut me up cause i put their name on a joke album 

i get if it rubbed you the wrong way or wasnt funny to you comedy and art is subjective I know my brand and style isn't really a thing everyone will rock with and i respect that but to come at me with takedowns and fake lawyers and get my albums destroyed like that thats not right and is a felony yuno miles is very fortunate I do not live in the United States I would genuinely pursue legal action on him

im not trying to clout chase im just standing up for myself and telling the truth cause this silence isnt working anymore and im not gonna let this slide

this is my story and im not gonna be quiet about it anymore

 I love each and every one of my fans im sorry about this whole situation its been crazy and I hope to go back to making content for and with fans me and jt young cool now we're friends again
